Twelve eventful years, during which the company has grown in all areas. Contracts, employees and management.
Founding of the company in January. Original company name: Qualitätsplan 24 GmbH. Owner Thomas Bohnen is the only employee.
In May: Move to the first office in an old townhouse in Untertrave, Lübeck. At the same time, Qualitätsplan gets its first employees.
Development of the laboratory begins.
The office in Untertrave is becoming too small. A move to the technology centre in the university area of town follows.
The company employs the first laboratory employees.
Construction of our own company building at Isaac-Newton-Str 4. in the university area of Lübeck. Number of employees: six. The laboratory finally has an entrance at ground level and larger equipment on pallets can be delivered for testing.
The MDR is passed and Qualitätsplan takes on employees number 7 and 8.
The laboratory is accredited by DAkkS and ZLG. We can now test with a letter and seal.
In January, Werner Knopp joins the management board.
We create the first IVDR file for a Covid test and in doing so support several German companies in placing masks on the market.
Our first dual student begins her master’s course in “Regulatory Affairs” in the winter semester at the university TH Lübeck.
In January, employees number 16 and 17 begin work at the company.
From March onwards, construction work will begin and the company building will more than double its area, providing sufficient space not only for all 17 colleagues but also for future employees. There will also be more space for the test laboratory and more efficient processes.
Planned completion and move to new building in December. Also planned: celebration of the end of the pandemic!
